The long plot sits in a residential zone close to the limassol port and is flat and not much above sea level. The concept for the project was taking those elements and imagining the buildings as ships docked in port, using the connecting elements as the representation of the water. The extensive use of basements for parking and ancillary functions allows for maximal use of the plot for communal leisure and private gardens for the ground apartments. The orientation of each building relative to the others allows for maximal views to the open spaces.
