The plot is located in a sector that is transitioning to mainly office spaces and replaces an old abandoned warehouse built during the British rule. The team had to rapidly understand the zoning regulations and propose a building that would maximize the useful area while offering the occupants enough leisure spaces. An additional level was added based on the findings of our study giving the owner a substantial benefit. Various facade studies were made to a common concrete structure to arrive at the optimal solution for the owners requirements.
